Mission Statement

L’Ouverture Career Explorations and Technology Magnet seeks to create an environment where students feel empowered to become self-motivated learners. Teachers engage students with the use of technology to promote higher level thinking that will prepare students for careers in the 21st century. Each student’s self-esteem is fostered by positive relationships with staff and fellow students. We strive to have our parents, teachers, and community members actively involved in our student’s learning.
